Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, however, If you're not satisfied with your fit, please send us a text to 786-585-5206. Please note:

• We accept returns up to 30 days after your order date.
• Orders placed between November 18 and December 18, 2025 will enjoy an extended 60-day return window for the holiday gifting season.
• The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged with tags.
• Must be in original packaging.
• Must be without visible wear or dirt.
• If a cap is returned to us not in original condition + original packaging, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
• Returns will incur a handling fee that includes return shipping cost. If you prefer a gift card, we waive the handling fee.
• Seconds, custom orders/custom sizes, Limited-Release, Sample Sale, and Mystery Boxes are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return. You will receive email updates on your return as the process is initiated.
